    1.    In-Store Returns: Bring the item along with your receipt to any Dollar Deals & Party, location for assistance.

    2.    Mail-In Returns:

    •    Contact our customer service team at sales@ddandparty.com to initiate a return.

    •    Package the item securely and include a copy of the receipt.

    •    Ship the item to the following address: 3207 E. Kirnwood #119, Dallas, TX 75237 

 

Return Shipping Costs:

 

    •    Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    •    In-Store Returns: No shipping fees for returns made in-store.
